This penthouse apartment has two levels, located in a residential building.

I designed it from the ground up in the beautiful German Colony in Jerusalem. The apartment was designed for a couple and two children.

The apartment is spread over entire floors, has a high ceiling and includes spacious balconies and windows in four different directions.

Great emphasis was placed on careful planning of every detail in the design , and use of advanced systems (smart home).  The selection of high-quality finishing materials combined with special elements is visible throughout the apartment. The spaces are elegant and bright, yet maintain a warm homely atmosphere.
