This is an old private homes from the 19th century with spaces and interior walls singled for conservation.  The house is characterized by high ceilings with internal domes and stone walls with exceptional character .

The entire home was renovated from the ground up with a clean modern design.  I used natural materials and  smooth concret, emphasizing specific elements while keeping the existing old structure . The contrast between the old building qualities and the new design creates a clean and modern feel which highlights the beauty of both old and new.
